Laurane Bubbins, qualified in 1992 and is accredited in Building Conservation with the AABC. She has successfully extended, altered and repaired many Listed Buildings and properties in Conservation Areas for over 35 years. Her experience, knowledge,  skills and research are unique.

She specialises in bespoke repairs, sensitive alterations, conversions and extensions that meet with the local Conservation officers  approval . She has the technical skills and creative vision and has a very good working relationship with local authorities to successfully achieve planning, listed building permission and building regulations approvals.

She can also write full detailed specifications and schedules of work to ensure the quality of new work or repairs and restoration work are carried out to a very high standard on site with the best builders and craftsmen like stonemasons, and other specialists.
